About the Role: This role is perfect for someone with hospitality chops and a flair for food and menu ideas. You’ll bring your serving and bartending experience to the table, all while leading a fantastic team and creating memorable events.

What You’ll Need

  • Culinary Skills & Menu Development: Show off your creativity and love for delicious dishes. No formal training required, just a willingness to learn and a passion for cooking and food!
  • Serving & Bartending Experience: At least 5 years in the industry.  Your background in food and beverage service will shine here.
  • Flexibility & Teamwork: Adapt to changing needs and work well with our amazing team.
  • Leadership & Communication: Guide our team, and liaise with clients.
  • Vehicle Use: A trusty ride to handle those shopping trips and event logistics.

Your Key Duties

  • Food Prep & Shopping: Get hands-on with preparing delectable dishes and sourcing top-notch ingredients.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise a stellar team of servers, cooks, and bartenders.
  • Client Relations: Be the friendly face and organized leader at events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from setup to teardown.
  • Event Management: Oversee every detail of event execution to guarantee a seamless experience for our clients and staff.
  • Work Environment: Foster a fun and productive atmosphere where everyone loves what they do.

Job Details

  • Pay: Starting at $20 per hour; commensurate with experience
  • Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week; typically Tuesday-Friday 9 am-3 pm, and Saturdays 3 pm-9 pm, with some flexibility needed for evenings and weekends.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
